Happy Friday friends! So if you girls follow along on Instagram and IG stories you probably saw that we snuck away to Big Bear over the kids’ Christmas break. I’m trying to focus more on experiences and creating memories this year and have to say that this little mountain getaway with the fam was the PERFECT way to start 2018! My parents used to take me to Big Bear as a kid and I hope that Ava and Luca will have the best memories there too.
Hello and HAPPY NEW YEAR friends! It’s been a FULL week since I posted on The Honeybee (I can’t remember the last time I did that), so I started the year off right with one of my new year resolutions and took a little “time off”‘ to disconnect and spend QT with the fam. While I am not really one for new years resolutions, I will say it is nice to set some goals and start fresh. I always like to take this time to reflect back on the year (the ups and downs), serve up some MAJOR gratitude, and also think about ways that I can better myself in the new year.
I just wanted to hop on here and do a quick post today to wish all my Honeybee Fam the Merrrrriest Christmas! I hope you all had a beautiful day celebrating with your families. Our Christmas cards still haven’t arrived in the mail yet (#winnnnning ) but I thought i’d still share some shots with you girls. I have to say the at home shoot we took for this years Christmas card is probably my favorite to date!
SHOP MY LOOK
I know i’m not alone in my LOVE for Trader Joe’s. My kids love their stuff, the prices are reasonable, and let’s be honest… their pre-prepared stuff is ALWAYS a good idea. We have been entertaining a lot lately (hello Holiday season) and cheese plates are one of my FAVORITE things to whip up in a hurry. I’ve been doing them a ton lately and thought I would share my tips on creating a killer cheese plate using only items from good ol’ Trader Joe’s!
HAPPY Friday my Honeybeeee Fam! It’s been a minute so today I am sharing some random Camera Roll Love and little REAL TALK on life lately…
Alright my loves it time for part two of our Cayman Islands recap! Sorry it took a little bit longer but these photo overload (more detailed posts) take a bit more time to put together. So here is our little photo diary and My Cayman Travel Guide sharing where to eat, drink, stay, and play!
I receive so many DM’s on places to visit in SoCal (and while I am almost finished with my OC Guide for you girls) I also wanted to start sharing some new and noteworthy spots too. I had a meeting in DTLA last week and got to meet up with a girlfriend after at one of my favorite spots , The ACE hotel. As I was there I was thinking I need to share more of this super cute spot with you girls…
If you follow along on instagram you probably saw we had a little stay cation a few weeks ago. I have a huge OC guide in the works for you girls but today I wanted to share one of my favorite hotels that will definitely be on my guide, The Monarch Beach Resort!
