Alright ladies, I was heavily committed to this non-dairy creamer challenge I shared with you on Instagram a couple months ago. You girls seemed to be as interested as I was and were even so kind to share your favorite non-diary recs too. I tried 9 Different Creamers and today I’m dishing on the winners!
Alright my lovelies! Sorry for the brief delay but here is my CRAZY EASY (and healthy) Trader Joe’s recipe I shared on insta stories last week. I’ve literally been making this meal for years and the hubby loves it too. It’s perfect for those nights you’re in a hurry because it only takes about 15 minutes to make. So here’s what I use…
Goooood morning lovlies! Sorry for the delay as I meant to have this post up a couple weeks ago but never the less 😉 I’m always excited to do these Honeybee Health posts! Today I’m diving into what’s in my Trader Joe’s shopping cart! So let’s get to it!
Alright loves, per your requests I’m making an effort to bring back my Honeybee Health posts and make them a weekly thing! Yeah! If you’re new to my site (welcome!!) my Honeybee Health posts cover anything from daily eats, wellness products, grocery cart check ins, healthy recipes and basically anything and everything related. I know a lot of you have requested a ‘Day in Meals’ Post so I have that in the works for you girls, but today I thought I would share how/what I eat on vacation… so let’s dive right in!
Summer is here ladies so there’s no better time than now to keep that eating on point. I’ve had lots of requests for diet and exercise posts lately so i’m going to start incorporating more of those for you girls. Today i’m sharing all kinds of Honeybee Health snippets of my grocery cart check ins, at home lunches and how I order when i’m out to eat. So here we go….
Morning Lovelies! You girls have been asking for more daily snaps of my meals and snacks so i’ve been trying to share more on Snap and Insta-Stories but wanted to elaborate a little more for you on here. So here is a quick Honeybee Health post with all kind of randomness lately …..
Alright ladies a few of you requested a Honeybee Health post so here’s a quick little round up of recent meals, grocery store finds and some tips for staying on track during the holidays!
Alright lovelies I was planning on posting my NYFW recap today but it turns out I have A LOT more pictures that I had thought, so stayed tuned for that post in the next day or two! Today i’m doing a Honeybee Health post as you girls have been requesting one and it’s been a minute so here we gooooo with some random shots lately….
A lot of you had asked about how I don’t gain weight when i’m on vacation so I wanted to dedicate this weeks Honeybee Health post to sharing what I order when we travel. If you girls have been following along over the years I am sure you have heard me say this before but CONSISTENCY is key! When I see people trying these fad diets or juice cleanses I just know they aren’t going to have long term results. Making healthy changes that you can stick with year round is what it’s about ladies! When I travel I know my splurges are most definitely going to be lots of yummy adult beverages (that’s my splurge of choice), so I make sure that my cleaning eating still stays on track! So here are some random shots from our Cayman trip and how I eat while on vacation….
I have to say for me, the hardest part of staying on track on vacation is the airplane/airport food. A lot of times your in a rush or maybe you’re in a section of airport where you don’t have a lot of healthy restaurant options (like Starbucks bc I can always find something healthy there).
Hellllo ladies! We are currently out of the country at the moment (follow along on Snap if you’d like! AndeeLayne) but as promised here is this weeks Honeybee Health post the kids edition. I’m sure you moms know how picky our little ones can be with their food but today I’m sharing all the goodies that are always a hit in our household! As mentioned we took a long flight yesterday and this was the stash I had in my diaper bag. I love having wholesome bars, pouches and treats in my bag and also in our suitcase for when we arrive. I don’t know about you but I feel like my little ones snack ALL day when we travel so having healthy options on hand always makes me happy. Luca has been teething a lot lately and on the really bad days sometimes he doesn’t want to eat much at all. These pouches and those melt away yogurt snacks are always a winner with him, even on those days. On another note those freeze dried pears were so good I stole some too! Grocery Cart Check In My babes love all kind of fruit so I always stock up on those.
