I know some of you girls have been celebrating fall for a few weeks but here in SoCal November kinda officially kicks off the season. It’s usually when the weather shifts and things really start to feel like fall! So this week I’m pulling out alllll the fall decor, recipes, and candles!
I don’t usually like to skip over Thanksgiving and jump straight into Christmas decor but honestly, this year may be a first. I find myself itching to bring on the holiday vibes and in need of a little of that Christmas magic. It feels like i’m not the only one getting a jump on Christmas so figured I would kick off this years holiday home decor with lots of good stuff to share this year!
If you girls have been following the Honeybee Home series for a while now, you know my obsession with coffee tables is REAL. We have them all over our house and way too many to count but I just love them. They can be used on an actual coffee table, as art on shelves or other furniture, and they’re usually pretty affordable if you compare them to other decor. Plus, the hubby and I both love the photography in them, including all that are in our home. I took a lot of time selecting ones that really spoke to us and were all aesthetically pleasing since they’re used as decor. So here some of my favorite coffee table books you’ll find in our home…
Ever since writing my post on My Home Makeup Vanity and also How I Organize My Makeup Drawers, they have been some of my most pinned images on Pinterest (come pin with me!). Which is fun because I also LOVE this space in our bathroom and spend a lot of time at it. For me, it was all about creating something functional with lots of storage solutions for allll my products and also something pretty to look at since it’s a big part of our master closet aesthetic. I always get asked where we purchased it and mine was custom built. Today I wanted to round up some really stunning store options to recreate a similar makeup vanity situation at home!
How many of you girls have started refreshing your home decor during quarantine?! I definitely have and found some amazingggg, budget-friendly items on Target’s website. I usually do a spring refresh on the house but I’ve for sure gotten more into it this year with all the extra time spent at home right now. Should be fun to see what the hubs says when I’m done redecorating, ha! Anyway, lots of cute finds, which isn’t surprising because Target never disappoints!
Back with another 10 Under $100 and I’ve gotta say, this might be one of my favorites to date. You girls know I’m all for some home decor (you can see more Honeybee Home articles right here). Like my fashion style, I love mixing in budget-friendly finds with more luxury picks. When we were building and designing our house, I definitely relied on some of these items to spruce everything up and you totally can find cute stuff for under $100! Below you’ll find my bar cart, bathroom runner, and a bunch of other items I lalalove for the home!
Morning loves! I’ve had a lot of requests lately for what I buy on Amazon (and I can see why because honestly what did we do before Amazon Prime?!) 😉 so I thought I would introduce a new series on The Honeybee called Amazon Cart Check. I’ll be sharing my most recent purchases from Amazon with you girls who want a little peek into what products we buy from there and am kicking it off today with my first post so hope you girls enjoy!
After I shared my Makeup Vanity reveal post a few weeks ago, I received several requests for a post on how I organize my makeup drawers. I was so happy to put together this post for you girls but I’ll be honest, I wasn’t really the most organized person so this was WAY overdue! Today I’m dishing on how I finally organized my makeup drawers and I can’t tell you how excited I am to open up my drawers and finally find what I need immediately.
Alright ladies, let the home posts begin! Thank you girls who have all been so patiently awaiting new home posts. We moved in about 6 months ago and can finally say I feel like we’re almost done! There is still some styling to be done (and hopefully a full video home tour in the future), but for now, thought I would kick my Honeybee Home series off with some areas that are fully finished. Today I’m sharing a peek into my new makeup vanity section!
Happy Monday ladies! You girls seem to really enjoy all the home and entertaining posts as much as much as I do, so I’m on a mission to make these a regular series on The Honeybee in 2019! Today’s post is serving up some bar cart inspo with how I like to style mine for the different holidays plus a super festive (and photo-worthy) cocktail I like to make in the Winter. So let’s talk Bar Cart Styling 1o1….
