Alright girls, for all you mamas who are gearing up for another home school situation, this post is for you! Here is SoCal our schools are all virtual so we’re currently prepping for both Ava and Luca to start the school year at home. We obviously got a little taste of this earlier in the year but honestly that was such a hot mess- we were just winging it. Since virtual seems to be staying at least for the foreseeable future, I wanted to start them off this year with more of an at-home school situation and one that worked better for the whole fam. I’m also doing my best to get them excited for the year even if they won’t be seeing their friends in person and heading to school. Lawwwrd help us…let’s hope this goes well!
Can you mama’s believe school is starting in just a few weeks?! I have to say, even though most days in 2020 have felt loooong, I swear it’s also felt like the year is flying by too right?! We’re opening in phase three here in SoCAL and our kids are doing all online school as of right now. Since that’s the case, I’ve kept the back to school shopping pretty minimal this year but still wanted to get a few new things for Ava and Luca to set the tone and get them excited for a new year ahead! They were both so excited to pick out their backpacks and new lunch box so thought it would be fun to share a few of our budget-friendly backpack and lunch box picks! Most are under $15!!!
Alright lovelies, now that we’re hitting those warmer months I figured today would be the perfect time to dive into all of our Summer Sunscreen favorites! There are a few we repurchase year after year, some for the kids and some for us so today I’m dishing on our top picks for the whole fam!
Happy Monday babes! Back with Round 2 of MONDAY MOOD. If you missed it last week, this is a new series that will be live first thing every Monday as a bit of inspo or motivation for your week! This week is for all you mamas out there since Mother’s Day is coming up and it felt fitting! While I’m definitely not the most organized person in the world, I do keep things somewhat organized when it comes to the kids. I learned from when Ava was just a baby that staying organized and on a routine really helps not only you and your sanity but kiddos as well. Some sense of organization just helps for a happier home and keeping everyone on the same page, too!
I’ve had several requests for Easter basket ideas for the kids lately andddd since we’re only two weeks out (and delivery times are much longer than normal right now) I wanted to get this up asap for all my mamas! This year I’m all about anything and everything to get the kiddos playing outdoors so tons of fun options in that department and also shared the top things Ava and Luca are into lately!
Alright #HBFAM how are we doing? It’s been a week of quarantine and it’s safe to say we are alllll still adjusting over here. When we first started our quarantine last week, I immediately took to the web to hunt for a few random things to keep the kids (and us) sane. Today I’ve rounded up a few items to have on hand whenever you feel your kiddos (and again, you!) are going stir crazy!
Happy Saturday, babes! Are you girls ready for Valentine’s Day yet? I already shared the Wrap Dress I’ll be Wearing for the holiday, Gift Ideas for Your Guy and Cutttte Vday Card Ideas for the Kids, but you know I had to cover all my last-minute shoppers because let’s be real, I always fall into that category. I love Amazon for a million reasons, one of them being they support my last-minute lifestyle over here.
I swear it was just the first day of summer and now here we are, preppin’ for that Back-to-School Life! We don’t actually start until September so I felt like I had more time buttttt then realized it’s less then two weeks away! So needless to say we’re going on all in this week and today i’m sharing the budget friendly back to school picks I found…
Hellllo July! I hope you all are enjoying your Summer so far! Summer seems to already be flying by so we’ve been busy checking away at our Summer Bucket List over here. One of our favorite things to do as a family is to cuddle up on the couch, make popcorn and watch a movie together so we kicked it up a notch with a backyard movie night. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do with the kids so cheers to Summer memories in the making!
