I Tried 9 Non- Dairy Creamers – Here are My Favorites

Alright ladies, I was heavily committed to this non-dairy creamer challenge I shared with you on Instagram a couple months ago.  You girls seemed to be as interested as I was and were even so kind to share your favorite non-diary recs too. I tried 9 Different Creamers and today I’m dishing on the winners!

I would be lying if I said that I didn’t revert back to some of my normal organic half and half creamer on occasion during these trials lol. I have just always loved half and half creamer with a little agave to sweeten it up. However since I do drink 2 (ehh hmmm to 3) cups of coffee a day, I figured switching out my creamer to a non-diary one would be good. So here are the top 3 that you’ll find in my fridge regularly now!

First Place

Califia Farms Better Half Coffee Creamer, Half and Half, Coconut Cream and Almond Milk. The reason this one takes first place is because I just always seem to reach for this one. It’s the easiest to use as I feel like I don’t have to add a ton of it in or extra sweetener to get to my desired coffee creamer/sweetener ratio. It’s easy, creamy and doesn’t have any crazy after taste. It comes in several different flavor variations but I love the Coconut Cream and Almond Milk flavor.

Second Place (and The Hubby’s Choice)

Laird’s Superfood Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer Original – Powder Coconut Creamer. My girlfriend, as well as a few of you, recommended it. I wasn’t into it at first but the hubby loved it and now uses it every day. I didn’t like that it can get clumpy if you don’t mix it up well but my girlfriend told me to massage the bag and add it in first before your coffee and that helped a lot. It’s made with Coconut Milk Powder, Dried Organic Coconut Nectar, Aquamin (ya, I didn’t know what that was either 😉 but it’s a mineral-rich calcified sea algae, that adds a wide array of beneficial minerals) and Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Overall it has a nice coconut flavor and while this is my hubby’s first choice, I find myself reaching for it as well as it’s a nice change up. It’s a bit pricey but I feel like the bag lasts awhile and love the ingredients it’s made with. They have several different flavors but we have only tried the original one.

Third Place

Nut Pods! Another great rec from you girls! So I found this at my local grocery and have to say I really love and have repurchased it a few times now. I do feel like I still need to add a little agave nectar to it but overall I really like the nutty flavor. My only complaint is that the containers are so small and we run through it pretty quickly so I ordered the larger one and multi-pack on Amazon as I couldn’t find them in stores in that size option. They have several different flavors my go-to are the vanilla and unsweetened options.
