The Monthly Beauty Edit // April

Happy May babes! April flew by for me and it looks like I completely forgot to do a Beauty Edit last month with all the other beauty content going on. Now, let’s get into this month’s Beauty Edit, where I round up my go-to products (new and old) over the last month…or two!

ONE

You know I appreciate a good multi-tasker and this Shadow/Liner combo is a new fave. One side is a liner and one is an easy-to-blend shadow so it’s super quick for application. It’s great to keep in your bag for a daily touchup, plus it’s waterproof so everything stays in place really well!

TWO

Can’t say enough about this Matte Lip Pencil! The colors are all gorg and it’s very blendable. I like to overline my lips a little these days and this gives an easy, natural look.

THREE

Lots of fun colors in this Urban Decay Eye Pencil so it’s what I’m reaching for lately for a pop of color!

FOUR

You girls have been asking about my newest brow pencil nonstop lately and it’s this Bushy Brow Precision Pen– it’s SOOOO good! I have barely-there eyebrows due to overplucking in the 90s and this gives me life in very natural way! Can’t recommend this one enough, ladies.

FIVE

I shared lots of some new budget-friendly skincare faves earlier this month and included this Tone Perfection Serum. It has Vitamin B3 + Vitamin C and is great for brightening skin and giving an even skin tone. I was able to see a difference after just a few days when I was consistent about it!

SIX

Lip gloss is officially back and I’ve found Chanel’s Moisturizing Lip Gloss to be one I reach for over and over lately. It gives a glossy plump look and I especially like the Caramel color for a brownish/pink shade.

SEVEN

You already know my obsession with Supergoop! for all things SPF so this probably isn’t a surprise. I have their Mineral Stick SPF 50 Sunscreen in my bag at all times to reapply if I’m out for the day, and always slather some on the kiddos before practices, etc. It’s free of a ton of toxics and I’m a big fan of this brand in general!

EIGHT

Body Blur Skin Finish isn’t a new product but now that I’m showing more skin with warm weather, I want to call it out here. I’ve actually been using it for years but I think I first officially covered it in this article where I broke down my go-to Non-Commitment Bronzers I Use All Year. I have sensitive skin and most self-tanners break me out in rashes, but this one doesn’t. It’s the densest out of all my go-to bronzers and the best if you want a little coverage. It’s ahhhmazing for blurring out imperfections like cellulite, skin discoloration and all that.

NINE

I talked about the PTR Hyaluronic Moisture with SPF 45 in my Holy Grail Skincare Lookbook and it’s still a daily grab for me. Give me allll the hylaruonic acid and SPF and love that this combo covers both of those. It’s the moisturizier I reach for in the mornings lately, whether I have makeup on or not.
