So every year we always talk about doing something for another family in need but never follow through. This year a couple girlfriends and I sponsored a family through Salvation Army and I cant express how great it felt to give back! We sponsored a single mom with three kids who was formerly living in a motel. We brought them a Christmas tree and decorations for the kids to decorate as well as gifts and stockings. After tree decorating we took them to a place called Dave and Busters to have dinner and play video games. They were so appreciative and it was such a rewarding experience for us!

Aww! That's such a great feeling.
My family found an ad on craigslist from a grandma raising four kids by herself just looking for a Christmas tree. Everyone packed up a bunch of presents, food and a Christmas tree and took it to the family. It is definitely a season of giving!
That is the best gift EVER…to see the appreciation felt from another of something so simple to us that's not for them right now. I bet those kids will remember this the rest of their lives. You were their angel!!!
