You babes know we love to go big with Halloween in our house and that includes watching allllll the Halloween movies! We try to keep it pretty PG so we can watch everything as a family and I thought it would be fun to make a list for you girls that you can pin and save for later or even print out and put on the fridge to check off as you watch.
I listed lots of family faves but a few of our must-watches include:
Maleficent – Our littles love this movie for the magical forest kingdom but mama loves it for Angelina Jolie and her killer makeup vibes. Also, this movie isn’t too kiddie, so it’s one the parents can really enjoy too. It’s a perfect one to set up in the backyard for outdoor movie night!
Practical Magic – Probably my fave movie around this time of year and I think Ava will be more into it this year. Plus how can I leave out a 90s classic with Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman?!
Ghostbusters – Another timeless classic that the kids love. It’s so fun that this is a movie I watched when I was a kid and now Ava and Luca watch it every year. At their ages, they take ghost removal pretty seriously so it’s always cute to see how they react to this movie!
Hotel Transylvania 1 & 2 – If you haven’t jumped on the Hotel Transylvania bandwagon yet, you’re missing out! The kids are huge fans of Count Dracula in both the first and second movies.
Hocus Pocus – I’m not sure if this would have been a complete Halloween movie list without including Hocus Pocus as it’s a classic around here! This one always freaks the kids out a tad but in a funny way, which makes it really fun to watch as a family.
