You girls who have been around The Honeybee for a while know about my Friday Finds that I usually update over on this shop page. It’s my weekly budget-friendly finds, even more affordable than Weekend Deals, and I try to keep everything around $60 and under. I always update the shop page but sometimes I end up forgetting to share on IGS so I wanted to start publishing it on the blog each Friday so you girls are able to see it! For those of you who want these blog posts delivered directly to your inbox, you can sign up for that HERE. Let me know if you girls enjoy seeing these Friday Finds on the blog!
You girls know I loooove a good sneaker or shoe round-up so I’m excited to tackle all things Spring Sandals today! Being a SoCal girl it’s definitely what I live in year round, and if it’s not sneakers, it’s usually sandals. There are a lot of fun trends this season from pearls to studs to chunky slides so definitely something for everyone on the list! Keep reading for the styles I’m eyeing this season.
After a recent weekend in the desert and living by the pool, I’m excited to start shopping for Spring and Summatime 2021! I was pulling some items to share with you girls and realized that a lot of my swimwear staples are back in stock so wanted to share. I tend to live in a similar vibe year after year- denim cut offs or loose cover-ups, easy sandals and give me that sun protection by way of a straw hat! I definitely plan on wearing these staples again this year so wanted to get these up since they tend to be top sellers!
You know I can’t resist looking at all the spring and summer stuff early and a lot of sites are starting to get out Spring 2021 stuff YEA! I’m definitely ready for warmer temps over here and even though I know we still have a while, we’ve been escaping to the dessert a lot lately so I’ve started shopping early. I tend to live in easy dresses through the hot months and love dressing them up or down depending on the day, so today I’ve rounded up the dresses I’m eyeing early! Whether you girls have a trip coming up, spring weddings or are just shopping early like me, hope you enjoy!
Big request from you girls to do an updated Sweatsuits post and you know I’m here for it! I’m loving the tomboy spin on lounge lately with sweatsuits being the new loungewear and you know I had to pair the look with sneakers. This is the ultimate mom-duty look and something you’ll find me in during the week for errands and school pickup. Seeing tons of cute options that I wanted to share with you girls- from tomboy styles to more fitted pieces, so scroll down to see my picks!
By this point, most of us have the work from home thing down and I’m finally reaching for jeans and makeup at least a couple times a week (which is saying a lot compared to where we were to start the process last year). Don’t get me wrong, I’m in lounge and activewear a lot of the time but I do like reaching for a few things to upgrade my WFH look. I feel like an extra 10 minutes goes a longggg way when putting myself together in the morning and I’m more motivated when I put in a little effort.
Winter is the perfect time to break out those dark florals pieces ladies. I purchased this the moody floral dress a few month back and am obsessed with. It’s so comfy, flattering and perfect for Valentine’s Day coming up next week so wanted to share it with you all in case you were still on the hunt for something to wear.
It’s no secret that I’m a sucker for Golden Goose Sneakers. I’ve been wearing them before they took over IG a few years ago and they continue to be one of my most worn designer purchases year after year. I know they’re pricey and def an investment but honestly, they’re the most comfortable sneaker and I love how they give that effortless edge to anything I’m wearing.
Since we’re rocking sneakers right now more than ever before, I wanted to break down some of my favorite pairs that you haven’t seen everywhere. Don’t get me wrong, I love some of the really popular or neutral pairs too- I just also like to find the hidden ones that not every girl is wearing over on IG. If you’re into the ones that aren’t overly trendy right now, keep on scrolling!
Let’s be real, hubby and I are mainly staying at home these days and doing date nights in the backyard but we did recently get out for an outdoor dinner now that some restaurants are open and it was honestly so nice! Depending on if you’re able to go out or want something to pair with jeans for an at-home date, I rounded up some fave casual tops! Right in time for Valentine’s Day too.
You girls know I live for a good Splurge vs. Steal and I know you’re into them too- so I wanted to pull together 6 of the best I’ve found recently. If you girls are into this, I’ll make it an official monthly series so let me know what you think! From the sunglasses I get the most DMs about and their budget-friendly lookalike to a $55 flannel steal, there’s something for every budget below!
