What to Wear to a Summer Wedding

It’s that time of year again when wedding season is in FULLLL swing. I’ve received quite a few emails and messages about what to wear, so today’s post is dedicated all to wedding guest attire. Whether you’re headed to a casual daytime wedding on the beach or a formal event at a resort, I have some great options for you girls in today’s post!

I have a wedding coming up next month and am SO happy with This Dress I picked up from Nordstrom last week. They have the best selection of Summer wedding guest dress options at ALL price points. It seriously feels like it is becoming my one stop shop lately as more and more of my favorite brands are popping up on their site. If you have a daytime Summer wedding coming up, I can’t rave about the dress i’m wearing in today’s post enough. I loved it on the site but actually loved it even more in person. The color, the fit, the fabric …and the price 😉 because it’s under $100!

It’s made out of a light weight material that has the prettiest flowy movement when you walk. Let me add a big emphasis on the “lightweight” part for those outdoor weddings on hot Summer days.

This is my go special occasion make and here are all the products I used…

I paired it with my nude ankle strap sandals that i’ve raved about on here before. They seriously go with everything and are under $1oo.

And a quick round up of  a few more wedding guest styles that i’m currently loving from Nordstrom. I did my best to keep the majority of the dress options under $100 for you girls

For Daytime Wedding Attire

For daytime weddings I like to keep it fun and pulled together with dresses, shoes and accessories that I can hopefully wear again. With the i’m wearing dress in today’s post I know I can wear it again to a bridal shower, birthday brunch and other spcial occasions.

Evening/Formal Wedding Attire

Ahhh I love to go to a formal wedding but living in SoCal (where everyone does beachy/boho weddings) it feels like it’s been ages since i’ve been to one. I love any excuse to get all dolled up and put on a really fab dress. I tend to gravitate more towards darker colors and chic silhouettes like the dresses above.  Add a pair or pretty pumps and little sparkle with a good statemtnet pair of statement earrings and you’re good to go!

I hope this post was helpful for you girls! xo
