We are FINALLY finished with TheHBDesertCasa (praise be! 😉 ) and I can not wait to share ALL the details. I posted our Palms Springs bathroom remodel video last week on my instagram and today I wanted to spill all the deets on this playful pink bathroom transformation!!
If there’s anywhere you can get away with a pink bathroom, it’s most definitely Palm Springs! I loved getting so playful and extra with every inch of our desert casa and a pink bathroom seemed like a no brainer when we decided to go all in on this primary bathroom.
Unlike our other HBDesertCasa bathroom remodel. there really was nothing about this bathroom that I felt like salvaging. The tile was super dated, the black vanity didn’t flow and the fixtures were MEH. I knew out the gate I wanted a playful tile and found this pretty pink tile at State College tile in Anaheim (shout out to one of my HB readers that recommended them!). I knew I wanted to go with pink and brass and feel like this combo completely transformed the vibe of this smaller bathroom. So here is our Palm Springs bathroom before and after…..

We completely demoed the bathroom, retiled the floors and walls, had a custom floating wood vanity made, added a new shower glass (with a rounded edge on top) and replaced all the fixtures. I am so happy with how it turned out and think it’s so much more fun and playful than before. I hope you all love it as much as we do and stay tuned for more before and afters from our desert project coming soon!!
