Growing up as a tom boy it took me quite awhile to master the art of makeup and hair. It wasn’t until years later that I really started getting into it. I have to say watching hair and makeup tutorial videos helped me tremendously! Seeing someone do it and explain it step by step is about as easy as it gets! I sectioned my hair and made some curls using a 3/4 inch curling iron. When you watch the video you’ll see you curls the hair in one direction and on the top layer of hair she curls it in the opposite direction. After I sprayed my hair generously with hair spray.
Gorgeous! I'm also hesitant to comb through my curls but I'll definitely try it next time!

I was a tomboy growing up too. I didn't wear makeup until I was 19 thanks to YouTube makeup and hair tutorials. I only know how to straighten and curl my hair; that's the extent of my hairstyling ability. 😉 I love the voluminous waves of your hair. And that necklace is lovely. Where is it from? xx

Watching these videos can be so addicting! I love watching Kandee Johnson (she's fun and energetic, and a real MU artist), LisaLisad1 (she LOVES to shop but showcases a lot of interesting products that I've enjoyed trying), and my 3rd fav would be donnashorts1 (she's a friend, a much older women with sophisticated taste in quality products). I also love Teni at MakeupMaven for hair and makeup and the Pixiwoo sisters. There are so many more!! If I love a celebrities makeup or hair I will just search for it on Youtube – there's so much info out there! 🙂 BTW, if you get some time – YOU should be making videos!! I'm sure you'd be a hit in youtubeland.

I LOVE ChloeMorello (she's a fellow Aussie!!). She is a makeup artist and totally gorgeous. I love Jaclynhill1 as well. She is also a makeup artist who uses a lot of MAC which I personally love because I own a lot of it. You should totally do youtube videos! Maybe hauls and easy makeup and hair?

Love your curls they look perfect! I ordered some Bellami hair extensions because I have lost so much of my poor hair since I have had my little guy. Let me just say they are amazing! Those, Nioxin, and Phyto hair supplements have done wonders for my post baby hair!
