Outfit Ideas for 4th of July Festivities

Maybe it’s because we have so much going on with the kiddos and the move but this year is flying by over here. Cannot believe the 4th of July is next week! It’s one of my fave holidays since it always feels like the true start of summer here in So Cal. Wanted to pull together some cute picks for girls for whatever celebration you have going on. We’ll be keeping things pretty low key but I added picks for a beach/pool day, a casual Backyard BBQ, and then A Little Extra for nighttime festivities or if you wanna be a little glam for the holiday. We’ll be at the beach so i’ll be breaking out this festive red bikini again! Hope you girls have a great holiday however you’re spending it!

As mentioned above we’re staying put this Fourth of July and will be spending the day at the beach so This Festive High Waist Bikini will be what i’ll be rocking. We may go to a little parade earlier on in the day so I’ll probably wear This Red Paisley Print Maxi or This Fun Fitted Denim Jumpsuit to that.

Beach Day

I’m loving all these cute swimsuits that feel appropriate for the holiday but aren’t totally cheesy. Lately I’ve been all about a wrap tied higher on my hips and a bikini or one-piece underneath, but I included some other beachy options too. And you know you gotta have a big straw tote (especially if you’re a mama carrying all the things).

Backyard BBQ

Always love celebrating this holiday with a low-key BBQ. Lots of cute casual jumpsuits, dresses, and denim shorts options below if that’s how you’re celebrating.

A Little Extra

Because sometimes you need a little extra right? Whether that’s a deep-v body suit or a dress that shows skin, some fun options below to spruce things up.

Hope this gave you girls a little bit of Fourth Inspo!

      1. You look flawlessly gorgeous, baby. always do. the red two piece bathing suite outfit you’re currently wearing here, wraps around your curvy body, just so tightly & elegantly well, not to mention; how fitting & pretty the lace attire is. to hit the jacuzzi or not😊😊

  1. Hi Andee! We’ll be in Laguna Beach all next week and I’m wondering if there are any fab spots you’d recommend?! Looking for kid-friendly restaurants that have clean, healthy options? Any fun dessert places for the kiddos? What about local boutiques for shopping? Good coffee shops? Been to laguna before but it’s been a few years… thank u!! 😘

    1. I really need to put together a Laguna post for you guys! So definitely hit up Victoria Beach FOR A Locals beach. Restaurants everything can be kid friendly …The Deck is great just avoid it at sunset you’ll never get a table with hungry little ones. Splashes at the Surf and Sand is right on the water if you want to splurge a little. I would also recommend Sky Loft and Urth Cafe is the besssst there. Go early for breakfast before it gets crazy busy in the summer. No crazy cute coffee shops (Urth is probably your best bet) Gelato Paradiso is tucked away in a super cute little corner.I would also recommend active culture for super healthy food but also fro yo options for the kiddos! The rooftop at Casa Del Camino is awesome too (again its Summer so may be a little wait as it’s self seating) good luck and hope this was helpful!

      1. Thanks so much for responding!! We will def check these spots out! And I plan on copying your white bandana around the messy bun look – so cute! As a busy mom, I’m rocking a messy bun 6 days a week 🙂

  2. Hi!
Love this bathing suit! Is that just a regular bandana that you folded up and wrapped around your bun? It’s such a cute way to spice up a top knot! Thanks!

    1. hi babe it’s similar to the ones I linked as they are a little thiner and material is easier (less stiff) than bandana to wrap and have a little more flow to them if that makes sense xo
