My Layered Necklaces

Happy Friday ladies! Hope you all had a great week! We don’t have a lot planned this weekend and am actually really looking forward to relaxing, baking and catching up on a bunch of house stuff! Man that really makes me sound old when you look forward to the weekend with no plans 😉 I’m also hoping to do a MAJOR closet clean out this weekend so keep an eye out for updates on Shop Honeybee! I know many of you have asked about the tabs at the top of my blog and I promise they will be back up by next week with my new blog layout! Thanks for the patience! On another note i’ve received tons of comments and emails lately about my two layered necklaces i’m always wearing. I did a post on them last year but here are the links to the two that I have. They’re a little pricey but in my opinion worth the splurge because of the quality and I wear them everyday.

I have the first two in the set. The first bar necklace is longer in length so its better for layering with the heart necklace. It also can be engraved with a name, initials or birthdate. I put Ava’s birthdate on mine.
*If you’re on a budget you can find a similar (and more affordable) version of the heart necklace here and a similar style to the bar necklace here. Hope you girls have a great weekend! xo

My Layered Necklaces

Many of you have asked about my necklaces Ive been wearing so thought I wanted to share the links with you…..

The top row are the necklaces that I have and are by Ginette_ny. They are a bit pricier but I think the quality was totally worth the extra cash and bc I wear them daily.  The heart was given to me by my hubby for my first mothers day. I purchased the bar necklace (Top middle) and had Ava’s birth date engraved on it. The two on the top row are similar but the one I purchased is 2 inches longer (than the one on the top left) which is exactly what I wanted to layer with the heart necklace.
If you want the look for less check out the bottom row. These pieces are by Gorjana and are a fraction of the price.

  1. I love the bar necklace with the date. It would be a good wedding anniversary gift with my wedding date engraved on it…already sent a hint hint email to my hubby! 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

  2. I've been OBSESSED with simple, delicate jewelry especially rings and necklaces! Thanks for sharing. I love the ones you have, and that is so sweet to have Ava's bday on your bar necklace. Your hubby has good taste, or is just a good stalker of your social network links. 😉 xo

  3. I'm a huge fan of ginette_ny! Love the delicate look – and I'm totally in love with the bar necklace…they look fab on you mama!

  4. I think Layered Necklaces add just the right amount of extra especially when worn with an outfit that isn't overly feminine. I usually only layer two strands of different lengths, but if I'm feeling extra adventurous I'll add a bigger, blingier necklace to the mix.

  5. May I ask if you have them in gold or rose gold? And for the longer chain did you contact the jewelers? I am not a big jewelry fan but I just love these!

  6. Cool necklaces! Their design may be simple, but can you wear them in public without worries because they don’t attract unwanted attention, yet still look great when paired with the right outfit. Anyway, it’s not only the price value that makes it worthy, but the memories that they signify as well.
