Its super simple, healthy and delish! Its a perfect salad to make ahead and have on hand for the week.
I love Near East products! They are 100% natural and are so simple to make! You don’t have to think about what to season it with or using tons of oil as the seasons are already included! I made this Quinoa blend and added some fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and my FAVORITE feta from Traders….
This feta from Trader Joes with mediterranean herbs is SO yummy! I put it in my quinoa, on top of hummus, in frittatas and on salads!
I had a little left over today so i just added steamed broccoli to it and made some quick stuffed peppers for lunch!
For the hubby I added some chicken sausage (because he can’t have a meal without some kind of protein 😉 and avocado… he loved it! I have been pinning some more quinoa recipes that I can’t wait to try out. Do you ladies have any quinoa recipes you love?!
