Honeybee Health is back

I have been receiving numerous requests on my health and fitness routine over the past few months. There are so many different aspects that go into staying in shape that I couldn’t possibly fit it into one post. As some of you know who have been following me for awhile I have done some Honeybee kitchen and health related posts in the past. I stopped doing them because I wasn’t really getting a lot of feed back on them. Since you guys have been requesting them I will start incorporating more of those posts again. I will share some work out and eating tips, healthy recipes, grocery store finds, supplements, and things that have just worked for me. Im always open to suggestions so if there is anything specific feel free to email me! xo
