Honeybee Health: Healthy Frittata

Some of you asked for the recipe to my healthy frittata I posted on Instagram earlier this week. Its quick, tasty, healthy and easy to make…what more could you ask for?!
You can basically put anything you want into a frittata. Whatever veggies you have in your fridge just throw them in! This particular one I made has spinach tomatoes and feta cheese and was delish!
Preheat your oven to 325. Heat a tablespoon of olive in a pan and sautee your tomatoes and spinach till soft. Next pour in two whole eggs and 1/2 cup of egg whites (already beaten) in the pan. Sprinkle in the feta cheese. There’s no need to stir just let it all cook until you can see the bottom start to set. Once it starts to set, pop it in the oven for about 8 minutes till the egg is firm on top. Its as easy as that! This served four people and was a hit with my family!

  1. Wow that looks delicious! I have to say you look amazing, I just found your blog and cannot believe you just had a baby! Can you tell me which workouts you do to keep your tummy flat? After having my daughter 18 months ago, I find it the most difficult part of my body to get into shape :/ I would appreciate any advice you can offer.
    thanks!

  3. That looks really yummy and healthy! I'm 7.5 months pregnant and I've been eating terribly lately, so I'm going to have to give this a try. Thanks!
