Healthy Baked Oatmeal

I pinned this recipe on my Pinterest TASTE board last month and finally got around to making it this weekend! This Baked Oatmeal was healthy and DELISH! Its a perfect dish to whip up when you have company! We’re heading back east for Christmas and I will definitely be making this for the family one of the mornings we’re home!

 You can change up the ingredients to your liking but I used Rolled Oats, Cinnamon, Bananas, Blueberries, Walnuts, Skim Milk, an Egg and Maple Syrup! You can find the full recipe HERE.

This dish could serve four people but you may want to consider doubling the recipe! My hubby and I ate the whole thing in one sitting, it was that good!
