Hi loves! It’s safe to say that life is busier now than it has ever been before! From school, to playdates, to shoots and meetings, I feel like I am constantly on the go. I am only getting to the gym a couple days a week now and hope to get back to the 4-5 times a week that I used to go but finding the time is ALWAYS a struggle now. In the mean time, I am just going when I can and trying to keep my eating on point. I’m always on the hunt for quick, tasty, filling and lower calories snacks so when Fiber One asked me to try out their new Cheesecake Bars, I was immediately on board. Let’s be honest, they really didn’t have to twist my arm when the word “cheesecake” was involved 😉
Most mornings I’m scrambling to get the kids ready for the day and Ava off to school. These Fiber One bars are so perfect for on the go. I just toss one of these in my bag and I’m out the door! I’m always glad I put something healthy in my bag so I don’t end up binging on something else because I was starving.
As you’ve seen on my Honeybee Health posts and on Snapchats I try to keep my meals pretty clean most of the time but without fail I pretty much ALWAYS crave something sweet after. I try to aim for a sweet snack that is under 200 calories. These Cheesecake bars are perfect because they have 5 grams of fiber per bar, low in sugar and only have 150 calories!
When Luca goes down for nap I usually have my (much needed) second cup of coffee and a little sweet treat like this Fiber One cheesecake Bar. It tastes like cheesecake (minus all the fat) with the perfect amount of sweetness with the strawberry and icing topping! So good!
