Alright ladies I’m back with a Monday Mood where I tackle lots of mamahood organization hacks, workout equipment I swear by, and all that Lifestyle content you girls ask about! For this week’s post, I’m sharing my kiddos Favorite Smoothie recipe and a go-to during these Quarantine Zoom breaks! And since they’re super healthy and filling, you know I’m here for them too. I hope this is a fun little recipe for any mama’s trying to sneak in those nutrients or you girls who are just on the lookout for a new smoothie.

Alright girls, for all you mamas who are gearing up for another home school situation, this post is for you! Here is SoCal our schools are all virtual so we’re currently prepping for both Ava and Luca to start the school year at home. We obviously got a little taste of this earlier in the year but honestly that was such a hot mess- we were just winging it. Since virtual seems to be staying at least for the foreseeable future, I wanted to start them off this year with more of an at-home school situation and one that worked better for the whole fam. I’m also doing my best to get them excited for the year even if they won’t be seeing their friends in person and heading to school. Lawwwrd help us…let’s hope this goes well!

Can you mama’s believe school is starting in just a few weeks?! I have to say, even though most days in 2020 have felt loooong, I swear it’s also felt like the year is flying by too right?! We’re opening in phase three here in SoCAL and our kids are doing all online school as of right now. Since that’s the case, I’ve kept the back to school shopping pretty minimal this year but still wanted to get a few new things for Ava and Luca to set the tone and get them excited for a new year ahead! They were both so excited to pick out their backpacks and new lunch box so thought it would be fun to share a few of our budget-friendly backpack and lunch box picks! Most are under $15!!!

Summatime and the livin’s easy until the kids are looking for things to do 24/7 am I right? Ha I’m half joking but if your kiddos are anything like mine, they’re non-stop. I’ve learned by now that it’s all about keeping them entertained and being ready with lots of activities – some they need help with and some they can do on their own but it keeps the summer interesting. For all you mamas who are coming out of quarantine and straight into summer, I’ve got you covered with a BUNCH of ideas below. I tried to keep different ages in mind too so hopefully if you have littles, you can find something on here too. Don’t be shy – let me know what you girls do to keep the kids busy with a little free time to yourselves!
