5 Yummy Fall Recipes to Try ASAP

Cooking is one of my favorite things to do with the fam, especially when fall rolls around. I just love all the warm recipes that make the house feel extra cozy and the kiddos actually enjoy it too! My go to for entertaining is usually this cheese board  (bc you know mama doesn’t always have the energy) but for meals I usually end up pulling from my recipe boards on Pinterest. I have two main boards for food – Taste, which is more of the hearty recipes and then Clean Eats, which I try to keep a little healthier. Definitely follow along if you girls are into cooking because i’m forever pinning recipes!

For this list, I pulled a few I’ve been wanting to make and also a chili I found a couple years ago that has been a HUGE hit in our home. Either way, all 5 of these fall recipes are delicious and sure to please both hubbies and kiddos!

One-Pot Cheesy Turkey Taco Chili Mac

This chili by Skinnytaste is on regular rotation in our house during the fall (as is everything she does!). The kids and hubs love it and it’s decently healthy so it’s a good option for everyone. It’s one of those recipes that is very easy to make, fills you up and tastes SO good! Gives you that warm and cozy vibe we all want in the fall. Have you guys tried any of her other recipes that you makes regularly too? I got her One and Done Cookbook and am eager to try out her sheet pan recipes!

Roasted Salsa Verde Chicken Nachos

I haven’t made these yet but I know my hubby would loooove them. The guy lives for nachos! The recipe calls for homemade salsa verde, but if you’re short on time I’d just grab a few jars from Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods. This recipe is perfect for those lazy fall Sundays when there’s nothing on TV but football. (Ps this spread looks like one I could get down on too!)

Healthy White Chicken Chili

You probably picked up on my obsession with quick and easy soup recipes. What can I say, they’re delicious and fast to make ;). This white chicken chili is made with rotisserie chicken and canned beans making it very simple to throw together for a last-minute, healthy meal. Freezes really well too if you wanna store up!

Roasted Fall Veggie Rice Bowls

Whenever I don’t know what to make for dinner I always go for some kind of bowl. I love this recipe because it uses seasonal veggies and you cook them all together on one sheet pan, which means fewer dishes for this mama. Definitely adding this one to our fall lineup.

Detox Broccoli Cheese Soup

I pinned this recipe because I was really interested in a broccoli cheese soup that’s also a detox. I knew it had to be good though because it’s from Pinch of Yum who always puts out the best stuff. It sounds like a really good recipe with lots of veggies! Maybe you could even trick your littles into eating with you? Ha!

Who are you favorite food bloggers and accounts to follow?! I am ALWAYS looking for inspo in the recipe department!
