Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair (and GIVEAWAY!)

I always love finding great products that are also budget friendly so today i’m sharing a new affordable wrinkle cream I started using recently. Neutrogena has been a trusted brand in my household since I was a teenager so when they asked me to try out there new Rapid Wrinkle Repair Cream I was immediately on board. Now that i’m in my thirties i’m all about preventive skin care and this cream is quickly becoming a favorite!

Our days our jammed packed around here lately but I always look forward to my evening routine. The makeup comes off, the hair goes up and the sweat pants come on! Can I get an amen?! 😉 After I remove my makeup i’ve been generously lathering on the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Cream . It contains a unique blend of ingredients that regenerate, moisturize, and smooth your skin. It also contains an accelerated retinol that works to continuously renew your skin to help smooth wrinkles and diminish the signs of age spots. It also has Hyaluronic acid that helps to hydrate and plump your skin. I have been using this cream for under two weeks and can definitely say I see a difference in the texture of my skin.

NUETROGENA1

It’s smooth and creamy consistency makes it super easy to apply. I’ve been putting it on my face, neck and tops of my hands every night before bedtime.

  1. My best skincare tip is to be consistent. Save enough time at the beginning of your day and end of your day to cleanse and moisturize properly.

  2. Hi Andee,
I love your blog and have been following for years now. Great tips, style ideas and more 🙂
I always make sure to remove my makeup first with a towelette like the one’s from Burt’s Bee’s or Yes to Carrots then, I use my cleanser. This ensures ALL my makeup is removed and there no residue that would get in the way of my moisturizer. Please enter me in your Talk Tuesday beauty give away! How exciting 🙂

  3. NEVER get too lazy to wash your face at night! Even if you just keep makeup wipes in your nightstand for emergencies, that is better than nothing.

  4. My beauty tip is one that we all know is important but can sometimes make this our least priority…SLEEP. I know sleep is so hard to come by nowadays with this highly stressful, over productive society we live in, but lack of sleep deprives your skin of the time it needs to repair itself from the damage we impart on it every day. I’m a working mom, so of course I struggle to get enough sleep, but No Matter What, I make it a priority to give myself AT LEAST 8 hrs of sleep on the weekends…which means skipping the late night shows 🙂 My 70-year old mother-in-law has literally slept like a baby (i.e., 8-10 hrs a day) her whole life and has the faintest amount of wrinkles on her face. She is my example of benefiting from beauty sleep.

  5. It’s an obvious one, but hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! I notice such a difference in my skin when I don’t drink at least 2 liters a day. Hydration is key!

  6. The best skin care tip I ever received was from my mother who taught me at an early age that was prevention was key and to always wear SPF 🙂

  7. Hi beautiful 😊 would love to try this one because I am in my early 30’s too 😞 and just keep thinking how I should start doing something good for my skin. It is my NY resolution 😉 would be really happy to do it with Neutrogena 🙌

  8. And a few tips for beautiful skin:
    1. Water temperature – I use French women trick as they never wash their face with too hot or to cold water. Body temperature water is ideal.
    2. After last washing I leave my skin to dry itself or some times I put on wet face a few drops of evening primrose oil (I have really dry skin) and in the morning I get the most smooth feeling on my skin
    3. When putting my night time cream I do a quick massage to my face moving my face skin upwards

    That’s all. 😚😚

  9. I’ve been wanting to try this cream. I just started using cetaphil on my face every night and I’m loving the smell and texture of the serum.

  10. My best skincare tip, which I learned not to long ago, is to tap and hold your moisturizer or any product on to your skin. Simply applying it in wiping motions sometimes does not get the full affect!
Such a fan of you and your blog!!

    xoxoxo

  11. My skin care tip is for the cold Ohio winters – I use coconut oil to moisturize and Neutrogena toner on my face. My skin is pretty “normal” however it gets very dry with red bumps in cold weather. I also LOVE Victoria’s Secret body oil.

  12. My best recommendation is WATER!!! Drink at least 75 oz a day, minimum. Ever since I started focusing on getting my water intake up my skin has totally changed for the better!

  13. Hi andee I use coconut oil always to remove my make up, I also use sun screen always helps with wrinkles and sun spots ! Love you blog been following you for years now! I’m also from the OC

  14. My best tip would be always put sunscreen under your makeup – even in the winter! I’m in my twenties and trying to be as preventative as possible!

  15. Consistency is key! The best thing I have ever done for my skin is purchase a Personal Microdermabrasion Device. I use mine once a week and my skin is nearly flawless after only one month. Worth it!

  16. would love to try! i find that staying hydrated is the best way to keep my skin from getting to dry. i drink tons of water and also apply lotion regularly

  17. Best skin tip I can provide would be to wash your face daily before going to bed to rid of all the dirt, make up and oils.

  18. My skincare tip is to use a hand cream with SPF. I feel like many people use SPF on their face everyday, but not on their hands.

  19. Thank you for the review I have been looking for something with retinol in it but not at a super high price point this sound like it might just be it!!!! I would say the same thing as most others as far as skin care tips, sun screen, moisturize, wash your face before bed and drink lots of water! Appreciate the fact that you do so many giveaways!!!! Also your skin looks amazing!

  20. Always, ALWAYS take your make up off before bed… no matter what! I have a picture of this product on my phone so I can buy it on my next errand one — excited to hear you liked it! Thanks for hosting the giveaway!

  21. My best skincare tip is consistency. It’s pretty obvious, but I feel like consistency is key in any skincare routine.

  22. I like to use scrubs at least once a week to get the dead skin off. Also, using my clarisonic brush seems to give my skin a little extra boost.

  23. My beauty advise: don’t be too hard to your self. Try to be happy, satisfied and appreciate your skin. If you are constantly looking for new wrinkles and dark spots you are focusing on bad things on your face and miss all beauty in the mirror.
Don’t count wrinkles, count all the smiling that caused them 😉
Try to nourish it with good food and lot of water but then brighten up and shine from within.
    Sending love ❤

  24. If you don’t mind me asking, where are your sweatpants from? They are so cute! Also, I will definitely be trying out this cream. Thank you doll!!!

  25. Re-visiting this post. Can this be applied under the eyes? I just turned 35 (GULP) and I’m in full-on panic mode about fine lines and crow’s feet. O_o

  26. I used to use the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair for about 1 month and go no real lasting results. It just did not work. My dermatologist instead recommended the Somaluxe Rapid Line Filler (it was about $5 more expensive than Neutrogena), but WORTH IT.

Looking in the mirror each day I felt that I really could tell a difference using the Somaluxe Rapid Line Filler. I have been using it for two weeks now, and my wrinkle lines have filled in. Im sorry – i really wanted to like Neutrogena, but for $5 more, you can actually get a product that works and the results last longer.
