It’s nap time…so that means this mama can finally finish up the post I started last night! 😉 I feel like I should put together a day in the life post or something like that for you girls or even blogging Q &A as I know you have asked me questions in the past. Let me know if you’re interested in either of those and i’ll go from there! Now on to today’s post with the prettiest maxi skirt + moto jacket combo. I have always loved pairing ultra feminine pieces with something a little edgier like a leather jacket. I did a post on a similar kind of look during the holidays and now I bring you one with more of lightweight Spring/Summer time vibe!
This look is perfect for any of those special occasions you have this Summer. You could wear it to a birthday party, bridal shower or even a baby shower. I am not typically a pink girl but this blush shade is really flattering on olive skin tones so I am starting to warm up to it. High waist maxi skirts have always been a favorite of mine and this one is a STEAL for under $40 ladies from Windsor!! I just can’t get enough of the dramatic movement!
I’ve been on the hunt for a neutral moto jacket for literally over a year and finally found THE PERFECT ONE! This one is a little pricey but I definitely tend to invest more money in my bags, jackets and sunglasses as I feel like you just get so much more wear out of those pieces. Did you get the Mauve color in the skirt because it looks quite different on Windsor compared to what you are wearing… love the way it falls but I prefer the light blush color you're wedding instead of the mauve!
