Entryway Table Decor

I mentioned a few months back that I purchased this Target Console Table and my entryway was in need of some sprucing up. Here is my previous post I did sharing some of my Entryway Inspiration. I have finally completed this mission and have been meaning to share the details with you (like months ago…sorry). Previously we had a bench and coat rack in our entry but have to say i’m so much happier with this table! I love having a lamp to turn, place to put our keys, light a candle so it smells yummy when you walk in, and a little space to decorate when the holidays approach!  So here’s the final outcome….

I can’t believe I scored this table for about $100 from Target!! I added a new pull handle from Pottery Barn for around $10 and couldn’t be happier with the finished look! I used coffee table books and a coral that we already had to add to the bottom shelf. I purchased the big basket at TJMaxx for under $15 and tossed in an old throw blanket we had stashed in a drawer.
Now I will tell you we went through several lamps before finally deciding to keep this one. It was an on going joke in the house when the hubby would come home and see yet ANOTHER lamp on the entry table lol. The truth is I really just didn’t want to spend a ton on a lamp for this table. I finally decided on this one from Pottery Barn. I had been eyeing it for over a year and quickly snatched it up when I saw it was on sale for half off a few months ago!! It was such a score and was only missing the top screw on part but they just gave me one from another lamp and I was out the door! The only piece that I really spent a pretty penny on was this distressed mirror from Restoration Hardware. I have a WEAKNESS for distressed mirrors and just love how it pulled all the pieces together!

Here’s a closer look at the knob from Pottery Barn
Next up…some tweaks to the dining room!
