Essie Polish: Sand Tropez

Ill admit I think I was a sucker for the name of this polish! In honor of our upcoming trip I had to try out “Sand Tropez” by Essie

Its a perfect neutral gray/tan color. I will say that its extremely similar to Chinchilly from Essie. If you have that one then I wouldn’t bother purchasing Sand Tropez because they are that close in color.

I also wanted to share this genius idea I saw on one of the blogs I follow “Travel in Style”. She uses a scarf as a top and it looks absolutely adorable!

Scarves are so versatile. You can wear them the traditional way around you neck, tie them on a hand bag,use as a head wrap, bikini wrap and now as a top!!! My new mission is to get some serious wear out of the scarves I have just hanging untouched in my closet!

  1. Sand Tropez is such a great nude polish color and I love the name too. I picked up Essie's Borrowed & Blue and I am in love. It's the perfect creamy blue.

  2. That is such a great nailpolish color. I love the idea of wearing a scarf as a shirt, not sure if it would work for me, I can see it coming undone on myself haha Have a great day!

  3. I've been looking at this shade and I'll probably end up buying it, or Topless & Barefoot. I'll have to see them side by side to see if they'll work with my skin tone. I love the nude shades for Summer nails, but go with brights on my toes.

  4. The top looks cool but I don't think I'd wear it out of fear it'll come apart lol

& the nail polish is pretty and neutral! I love how it's a subtle taupe shade. I only have darker taupes so this would be perfect for a lighter one!
